Default '98 seat back board

hi. driving home from dinner tonight my friend turned around in the passenger seat and the back of it just kind of blasted backwards. scarier than that little earthquake last night.

i could only see some of it (dark out don't you know) but I'm guessing that I need to remove the 2 screws at the bottom, fit the back at the top, then push in the bottom and put the screws back again.

does that sound like a good plan or is there a gotcha somewhere in there that isn't obvious?

many thanks!

Yeah that sounds good the only thing is that the top of them need a fair amount of pressure to click into place.
