For those of you that have combined bumpers, which ones did you use? Because there's the is, es, and gs. Es being the cheapest and obviously least mean looking. I'm wondering if i can just cut the original SC bumper and try to get it to look like the gs bumper, it really needs the side grills and the protruding middle grill. That's the most important part to me of this bumper, the fact that it has so much dimension. The cheapest bumper I've found so far is the es one for 150 on ebay but it's pretty boring on the sides, then there's a couple gs f sport ones for around 220-230 which is getting kinda high considering there's no grill.

I will, currently working on it to make it fit alittle better. Its sits a bit wide on the ends so i want to try and pull it in. Also before i put the grills in i have to lower my intercooler and oil cooler so the grills will fit without triming.

i just started cutting up a stock bumper, extending it down so i don't have to make a lip from scratch, then gonna cut the center and use the scrap plastic to support the center underneath probably, maybe metal brackets we'll see.

Mikkel did finish up his design. His car is the most famous out of all the updated front ends.
He did say that he talked to a few people about mass producing his design.
He even got in touch with Vertex. He went to Japan and talked things over and supposedly Mr Uneo took a look at his car in person in California.
But that was almost a year ago. I never asked what became of everything.

I need to talk to my friend who helps run the SC Crew on Facebook with Mikkel. I'll see if he's heard anything.

I quit using social media and fell out of the loop on what happened after he built that Spindle Grille front end. It wasn't my style but the end result was incredible. It looked really good.

Surprised Mikkel tried to get that bumper mass produced. He always took a "make it yourself" approach any time someone asked a question or made a comment about buying a premade bumper. As if everyone has the technical know how to do this.

Anyway, if nothing I'll find a shop locally to make one for me.

How old do the cars have to be for the buyers start focusing on originality and OEM quality instead stuff like this.
