Hi,

I have just recently purchased a 98+ gated shifter for my 1997 SC300 and is looking for someone or a shop who is able to help me with the install. I have already looked up the DIY but am not confident and not trying to take the risk myself so I rather find someone with experience to do the install. Please let me know if you are able to help or know someone who may. I am located in San Francisco Bay Area. Much appreciated.

It is really not that hard just follow the diagram on this site. I did it a few years ago using the instruction on this site. You can cut the plugs off your old shifter and connect the to the 98+ wires to make it a plug and play.
