Default 1994 SC400 Disconnected Vacuum Hose

Good evening. My 1994 SC400 is having a shaking and smoking problem at idle. Today while examining the engine I noticed that a vacuum line below the mass air flow was disconnected. I looked and looked but could not find a port to plug it into. I assume that I am just not smart enough to solve this so I am attaching two photos and hope that someone here can help me locate the correct port to complete this vacuum circuit.
Thanks,
rock

It goes wheres the gold screw is on the intake. Mine broke the other day. See if you can find a little brass pipe that will fit into both to fix it.
