I'm wondering if any super experienced fellers can give some ideas for my current situation.
I'm sure most have seen or experienced the low pedal issue. I've probably read every thread related to it but have never seen a definitive solution.
Anyway I have pretty much replaced or rebuilt every part of my breaking system save a few.
92 SC300
1. Eliminated ABS unit
2. SS brake lines front and rear
3. Rebuilt LS400 calipers
4.New pads front
5. New guide pins
6. Prime front rotors
7. New pads rear
8. New Master Cylinder
9. Hydro lever/ SS lines
The only things that haven't been changed that seem to be working fine.
1. Rear calipers
2. hard lines under car
3. Brake booster
The car stops fine, but the pedal is low and sinks a bit. The hydro is a bit soft unless you tap the brakes first then its super firm. However since the new pads the hydro does not lock the rear any longer. I'm hoping its the pads needing to be bedded or the initial coating needing to be worn off. But at this point I'm pretty lost.
