so last weekend, i took off my headlights, resealed them, and got all the condensation out

took it out today, and can barely see 10 feet in front me. seems like the headlights are pointed down severely.

i need to adjust them, so i can drive.

any help as to how i can go about doing this?

Are they sitting back in the car properly? If you didn't mess anything up, then the lights should be pretty much as they were to start with.
