Hey everyone this forum has been very helpful and I would first like to thank you. I was able to use the factory pioneer stereo hack and it works great with a kinivo bluetooth adapter.

Last night my friend decided to spin a little tires coming out of this parking lot and I suddenly lost mid and high range audio. It's bass only coming from the back now. with a tiny bit of treble creeping through. but nothing from front speakers.

I have a 92 sc300 5sp with the factory pioneer and 6 disc cd changer.

the head unit seems fully functional playing music from radio and cd and what was my line input, just all with no mid and highs in the front of the vehicle.
Is there a factory amp for the front of the car and a seperate one for bass?

 

If stock speakers, especially the rear due to sun/heat/cheaply made have blown. I experienced this problem several years ago with my sc. DIY steps in post 9.

Could be a sign your factory amp is going bad. Was the problem with my SC when i bought it
