As for the hardware kit, It's discontinued for the SC300/400 however, this hardware kit should work for the SC. It's for the late model IS models.

Update: So here's the part that I picked up from Lexus


The Hardware kit the comes with it (of course it came in a pair, I've already installed the other set when I took this pic)


And here's where I mounted it


Final thoughts:
This is a very shallow cargo net, the SC430 trunk is tiny in comparison to the SC400 I guess. Maybe the LS400 or 430 would have been a better option? I couldn't tell ya...
It works, so YAY?

Hopefully this will help anyone looking to make their cargo space more organized
