Help!!! Hi guys, i really need your assistance. I was trying to replace my radio with an aftermarket one and after finding out it is a lot more complicated than i had anticipated, i decided to call it quits and take it to the audio shop. However, as i was about to start my car, it wouldnt start. I have tried all the suggestions i could find online on how to try to fix this but so far nothing has worked. Im guessing it is the immobilizer, and that was activated from me disconnecting the battery for so long while trying to replace the radio. I have reconnected all the wires from the radio and have the alarm system working also. The alarm would sound when i open the door from the inside with the car locked. All seems to be good but it just wont start. Whenver i would turn the key to on , it would turn on all the dashboard lights and it gives off one starter click but wont ignite. Can someone please help me with this problem.

Any chance the battery died while working on the stereo? The alarm going off repeatedly might have contributed to that.

 

92s don't have a chip key for an immobilizer so you can rule that out.

 

Battery check and charge, clean terminal ends.
