It's not my thing personally but your closeups of those lambo hinges with the gas strut caught my attention and piqued my curiosity.

A couple of questions:

1) Are the new hinges made of high strength steel? I ask because of the 90+lb weight of each SC door
2) Do the doors open to only the maximum (or less) distance the SC door hinges allowed previously?
3) Do the rear OEM latches, sensors and components function the same as before or to those components need to be changed as well?

Our doors are seriously heavy, if anything fails there I would not want to be under it!

These are high quality hinges .. This kit is made by vertical door inc.. These hinges has a lifetime warranty.. They will not fail everything still works the same via latches and sensors. With these hinges I can open the doors regular or can go up.. They open the same amount as the stock hinges.. With the shocks the door moves with ease.. I can lift it and close it with just one finger .. These are also designed for the lexus sc400

At $500+ per door, I'd say you definitively answered the quality question!

I don't think I would ever go that route, but I give you props for a seriously bad *** inspiration. And I like the two-tone paint job.
