1) yes theoretically they should work if they are made for the 92 sc300 you should be fine. its the 97+ taillights that cause the hyperblink issue.

2)just had to google those taillights... DONT GET THEM! THEY ARE GARBAGE! they will look awful on the sc

So I can get taillights for a 94 to 96 without the hyper blink flash and modding on my 92 sc300

did I stutter?
only the 97+ taillights need the hyperblink fix if you have a pre 97 car
due to the fact they switched lightbulbs

Ok thanks as I like the 95 to 96 tail lights best as they look more sporty. With a spoiler. Or I was thinking about keeping the 92 tail lights and getting them tinted. Would that be a good idea

95 taillights also have the hyperblink issue. I have had multiple sets of tails over the years on my 93 SC300 and all of the 95-00 taillights hyperblink. I currently have a cutom set of 95 tails on the car.

As far as the eBay ones go, I've only seen them on 97+ SC's. That's not to say they won't work or anything but I don't know anyone with them on a 92-94 SC.

So it would be best to keep the tails I have and get them tinted or a custom tint

hyperblink fix is way easier than you think. take the flasher out, there's a little metal loop inside, desolder that, and solder this in its place. BAM fixed, no resistors or relays nothing.

you have to have LEDs all around however. every single flashing light has to be replaced with an LED, which is better anyways

I can ask my friend about it and see if he can do for me otherwise I'll just get them tinted and leave them be. Wouldrather spend money on exhaust and engine. Just wowondering what's a good exhaust for this car

"Guys, I want to make my car look cooler. Nevermind the maintenance my 20+ year old car probably needs. I was thinking of these really heinous lights instead. But, I don't want to put any effort into doing it properly. What color should I paint my old lights? Also, someone tell me what kind of exhaust to get."

Did anyone else read this thread the same way?

pretty much.
he thinks its the Honda tech forum...

not against aftermarket taillights. just against aftermarket taillights that don't look good...
haven't seen any aftermarket tails that look good on the sc.
