Could someone please do me a favor?

I need to know which plug and which wire on the back of the climate control, controls the illumination when the lights are on.

When my lights are on, my climate control goes dark. When the lights are off, the climate control goes on.

because the unit uses resistors to control the voltage to the bulbs, the only help i can give you is a direct wire setup, but you would need 12v bulbs. (but it looks very nice when done)

i'll do the best i can here. (ok mw, i'm holding my tongue

by using that diagram you have to locate the constant hot and the ground. run a jumper from each of them to the back of the face on the climate control. a small 3 wire plug controls the lights. the wire by itself is a ground, the two frenched together side by side are hot. after replacing the bulbs, your good to go.
