Hello guys,

I have a 94 SC400 and just doesnt want to start anymore.
-last thing i did was replace the burnt bulbs on the dash and car started fine but on second try it did not. Also noticed there was no check engine light coming on at all. so i checked the forums and i have replaced the ECU that i bought from Ebay and still no check engine light after i installed the new one.
-I dont get any spark but i do get 12v to ignition coil
-and no fuel flow.
- i have checked fuses and they're good


please help.

The motor needs 3 things to start: fuel, compression and spark.
So you are saying your not getting fuel and spark? if so check your gas pump and spark plugs it they are working also there fuses,
Perhaps the bulb created a short and might of fried the ECU. try disconnecting the bulb you replaced to see if the bulb is the problem and check for any damaged wires, components and etc... back track your work before the problem started and check if the light bulb falls within spec range oem.

Funny thing is that my car wont start neither but I know it has to do with my battery being bad or the alternator so I will have to run some test on these two items. Good luck man.
