license plate lights doesn't work.
 

Hi I'm a newbie here. Got my lexus last November from an old man its a 1996 lexus sc400 there's a problem with my license plate lights right now it just wouldn't work I changed the bulb it still doesn't work is there any method to fix it.

Did you check to make sure the bulbs are getting voltage? Also make sure the connector for the harness is good also.

i have the same problem, it's really hard to get to the harness without taking the bumper off, at least i dont know of a way. you can take a tail light off and you'll have a gap then where you can check if the harness isn't cut, mines cut -_- have no idea why

Same here icant figure out how to get them to turn on, all my other lights work no problem. If anyone knows please leave some input.

Have you checked your fuses? I believe it was a 7.5a fuse
