Default Anyone delete their high beams?

I'm just wondering, anyone on here delete their high beams? And if so what needed to be done? Did you use double filament bulbs where the regular low beams are?

Not sure if i'll ever do this but hey, the possibilities are endless.

I would never do this, the separate high beams are what make the front end imo. It would look odd without them there.

I really think they're talking about replacing the high beams with another set of low beams in their place. Not actually removing and doing body work to the bumper to remove the lights completely.

Sounds like a interesting idea to me.

Interesting thought, and yes there use to be a member that did the high beam removal? I thought the car looked funny without the high beams? Just my opinion. I'd go with a projector high beam before I'd pull the trigger on deleting them? Seen a few with projectors, and they looked pretty good? I know there's a thread that has an example of the delete, it's on James old SC. Surprisingly, it looked good photo shopped maybe the kit and wheels is what helped some pull the trigger? See the link attached.

The high beams were added late into the SC's design before production. Originally it didn't have separate high and low beams. Personally I think it's one of the special parts of the car's look. You would need a bi-xeon HID system to properly delete them but I don't think it would be a significant benefit.
