okay so this may sound weird and might be hard to understand, its cause its hard for me to explain aha

so when i open my door manually with the key from the outside, unless i turn and hold the key in the unlock position, the door wont unlock... and when im on the inside of the car if i close the door and its unlocked as soon as i pull on the handle to open the door it locks... and i usually have to crawl over and get out the passengers side cause it wont unlock from the inside

so im really confused, could it be the actuator? oh and its a 1993 SC400
