Default few cheap upgrades

whats up everyone just trying to figure out some things to help my sc300 gain some power
some things im trying to upgrade if you guys know what i will gain from these?
exhaust 2.5 inch form cat, single piping getting rid of dual
think of going no cat and no resonator would that be wise or not and what is back pressure?
injen intake
ngk spark plug wires and spark plugs
just trying to figure out by upgrade just these little things what i can gain from them?

Do not waste your money on the Injen intake, it's been proven to be worse for your car then to have any benefit. Look into BFI mod, or just leave it alone. Don't get NGK spark plug cables, go with Denso cables.

Since u have an sc300, jus save up for a na-t setup

I agree 100% on the BFI mod, Cheap and way more effective way of gaining more power than one of those intakes that just suck in hot air.
