Default Caliper Covers

Does anyone know if these would fit over the LS400 Brakes?

I have an SC w/ (soon to be) 350z touring wheels, and Im thinking these might be nice, until I have time to really do a powder coat project.

I just don't want to buy them, and be stuck with something that won't cover the big-break caliper.

Wrong on too many levels dude. Do without until you can afford at least an LS setup up front. Even without the respray, you're still ahead of the game in terms of performance. Our cars deserve it.

I have the LS Breaks; thats what I mean … I need to know if these will cover them, at least until I can actually powder coat them.

Powdercoat them. Don't buy those. You will get laughed at.

seriously, i was walking towards a parking lot last weekend and saw a guy with them.
theyve been "on the market" for a few years but ive never seen them personally, until
last week.

it was so stupid i had to take a photo

Caliper covers are beyond rice..I would rather have ugly, rusted brakes, than fake junk covering them.

For the price, you can get a couple of cans of high heat engine enamel, some brake cleaner and some elbow grease and get a much cleaner finish without having cheap garbage on the car.

The covers are ugly but I have to admit, the design of our LS brakes aren't very appealing. I have a set of LS painted gold, and they are practically invisible with the main "vein" up front and the pistons following behind. I don't know, maybe it's just me. I think the Supra brakes show a little more contrast up front.

I saw this same thing on a 2011 Mustang. I was considering getting some but in black. Then when I saw them on that stang, I said "aww hell naw, thats ugly"

There is some Duplicolor brake caliper paint you can buy at Autozone for $7 that would work pretty good until you can powdercoat them. I've had the paint on my SC brakes for over three years and it still looks good.

The blue paint looks really good and stands out a lot. I used blue on my LS a few months ago and it gets a lot of attention and it stands out from the default red brake calipers.

I plan to go LS400 up front and get them painted a blue hue .... Had to wait until I get the new wheels...

The covers do not seem to be a good idea......
