Its some random aftermarket fog, many body kit companies in japan advertise their kits using similar fogs. Looks like that guy got a kit for an sc and then had a body shop mold the shape for those fogs.

I'd have to see the car from the front. It's nice to see something a little different every once in a while though.

judging by that sign, the car might be in russia?
the more important question here is "what bumper is that"
i just looked it up on yaj and couldnt find anything resembling it.
if we know the bumper itll be easier to find the matching light

My thought was either a 97+ bumper with custom body work, or an aftermarket bumper with body work. I've never seen that fog before so everything I think of goes back to custom.

Yeah looks like ur typical 97 style body kit bumper for soarer/sc. That does look like Russia I was thinking the same thing lol.
That's not a clear pic but I bet if it was a clean sunny shot, it'd look weird cause the fogs are probably clear lens whereas our lights are not.
