Default What's it worth

Up for sale is my wide body sc300 w58 and1jz powered. I'm selling it for a new investment opportunity. The car runs and drives good. It's lowered on jics. The wheels are varstoen 9.5 in the front and 10.5 in the back. It has a kazz diff so it's basically drift ready. The interior is original black I would say its a 7/10. Besides that it just has little mods like scc, bcc, apexi intake, hks hipower full Exaust, rx300 steering wheel. I just replaced the clutch completely. It has less than 3000 miles on the stage 2 act. The only issue with the car is it needs paint and body work, a front bumper, and there's a leak in the power steering. It would make a good drift car or daily driver. The title is clean.
What do you think it worth as is?

real vertex or knock off?

its sad but these cars aren't even really selling anymore, at any price, check the classifieds, even the good ones sit around forever waiting for a buyer.

best bet is to finish your project, then sell it, as is your going to get railroaded cause of the flaws and unfinished work.

id say 3-4 grand as is, that is if u can even find a buyer.

Thanks for the reply. It's a knockoff. I know there's alot of sc's out there for sale. Ya your right I should finish it then sell it. I just didn't really want to spend more money on something I'm going to sell.

yea the fact its a knock off really hurts as well, im sure up close there are a lot of fitment issues.

Im pretty much in the same boat as you.

I have a Gold sc , that I loved, and did some tasteful mods to it, it still has fairly low mileage, but it needs paint as well, and a little body work, ive been trying to sell it as is for a very cheap price, I literally haven't got one response in two months.

I recelty sold a 92 with only 90 000miles , in good shape, as well it took like 2 months to find a buyer, hardly any real serious buyers.

Ive accepted the fact that I either need to finish it up or sell it for much less then its worth, so I think I will park it till spring and fix it up.

even if you put in the money and fix it up, if its not done properly your going to get killed as well.

Just keep it man and you have a cool car and a project to keep you busy

Ya if I don't end up getting what I want for it I'll probably keep it for a drift toy or something.

Jus keep it. These cars don't have a good audience. These cars are more for a true Lexus enthusiasts. Most Lexus enthusiasts either have this car already, or has had the SC before and has moved on to a GS or IS.
