The best method of bleeding the brakes is with a pressure bleeder. I've made one from a garden sprayer, total cost was a blazing $28 when I was done! There are a couple different versions you can find online, both work equally as well. Google it and make one for yourself, they are great to have!
Not sure where to post this regarding stuck rotors, but here goes: This method is better than trying to beat the rotor off. As the pic shows, you can use bolts in rotor to torque it off. There are two holes in the rotos, which are outside the hub but inside the lug studs. Prep the holes with some PB Blaster as they will be rusty. The rears take a 8mm bolt, as per the attached photo. If you buy a bolt kit you can reuse the old bolts from the rotor, maybe grinding off the first mm or two from the bolt end. For the front rotors, I think 6 mm bolts work. In either case, the idea is you will torque the bolts in, which will press the rotor off the hub. Eventually you will hear the rotor snap free from its rust.
Rear 93 SC400 rotor was stuck. Use 8mm bolts to unstuck
