Default My random thread of many questions

My original oil cap has a spring on the bottom

I ordered a new one from lexus and it has no spring (1218046031)
And seems to be the same part as the es300

Has anyone used this newer oil cap without the spring?

Default Does the steering position reset itself after battery?

Does anyone know if the steering wheel puts itself in another position once you reconnected the battery?

Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?
