Default getting the door adjusted

As the title says, I don't think I'm going to mess with this myself..

when I open the driver side door skin seems to be making contact with the fender (edge to edge), making a pop sound and killing the paint there, it seems to happen on toyota coupe doors over 20 years old really. Does anyone know if this can be adjusted by a body shop or some place?

this just started happening to mine after my car fell off my jack , the problem is usually with the fender and not the door , at least that's the problem with mine.

from what I understand the fenders have a lot of 'wiggle room' and if they come out of place u will have that issue
