hi i just got a 92 lexus sc400 with 100.000 miles car needs work but is in fair condition but some times when i start the car it has a really bad skip and has no power but only happens sometimes and some days i start it and it will run grate some ppl are telling me i have a short some where bc my terminals get super hot to the point where they smoke but like i said it only happens sometimes and i just want to figure out wht the problem so i can get the car on the road......someone plz help me
