Looks good dude. Still have no idea how you're gonna do without AC or even air vents in the car. You think that was a good idea?

Should be fine....I always drive with the windows and sunroof open.....that should be good enough......cuz racecar..

Its actually madatory to drive on the track with windows all the way down....due to safety reasons.

The gas pedal is the new fan control switch. Need more air movement? Push the gas down a little more

Also decided to step over to the dark side for the engine bay. I shaved off all the lettering from the factory coil cover to give it a much cleaner look and painted it in satin black

Awesome man, looking real nice. You got that done pretty quick! Looks like it fits in there perfectly! I can't wait to get some driving reviews

What clutch did you end up going with?

Clutchmasters Single Disk.....it is rated at 600 ft lbs of torque. I got all of my stuff from Joel at Grannas Racing

If you go back a page or two you will see it.

Is that the new one he's offering now, or the single disc from his original clutch options? I see he's released a 'new' single disc offering that is less expensive and works with the w58 flywheel.

Nice job on the setup man! I am planning the same swap after the car's body gets fixed. Question about the shifter location...if you notice in Grannas's video, the transmission seems to sit at a tilt in the tunnel with the shifter leaning more to the left side of the shifter opening. Are you experiencing the same? It's not an issue by any means, just something I noticed in his video (at 0:17 and 1:15 of the video):

Yeah, I think they have an FX series of clutches now that work with the factory OEM 2JZ flywheel. I think they are FX300 & FX400.

This is the original option he offered...I bought the clutch for the car back in October. Yes I see that he now offers the new setups that use the w58 flywheel. For me though since I sold my complete r154 swap I need a flywheel anyways. It is technically the same thing I have minus the flywheel.

I paid $1500 for the setup I have which includes:

Pilot Bearing, Flywheel, Clutch Disk, Pressure Plate, and Hydraulic throwout bearing.

Yes the shifter location is more towards the driver as you see in the video. Which IMO is better as it is more driver focused.

Got the wheel and hub put on and started up the car to make sure all the gauges were all functioning...

Unfortunately had a set back as I had to much gap between the hydraulic throw out bearing and the pressure plate......the clutch was not able to disengage....so had to pull it all back out and wait on the correct spacer from Clutchmasters...

I was able to drop the rear diff and transmission from the car in about 2 hrs......not having to take the bellhousing off the block makes it much easier...
