Ok so usually this happens when its cold out not always just mostly... my wipers will turn on randomly and wont shut off and the switch is off as well when this happens, what would cause these issues just started a few times now its happening more and more and they will also randomly turn off as well, I can turn the car off and start it again when it happens and it still wont shut off the wipers they only come on and off at random

It could be due to a short, but also could be due to a defective signal lever. The contacts wear out over time.

Im going for Maby the switch or motor, the wireing seams fine because its not like when I hit a bump or somwthing... I can just be sitting in a parking lot and it would still do this

Where is the relay for the wiper? I found the fuse inside on the drivers side compartment. Is this fuse the same as the relay or is the relay completely different?

Did you ever find out where the wiper replay is....I have the same issue.
