Hope you guys can explain this to me.
One turn signal light isn't turning on with the headlights, but it blinks fine.

Its not supposed to be on at all actually lol.
Both are supposed to be off, unless your hazards r signals are on.
I'm baffled as to how its on right now lol. Maybe previous owner wired it to the sidemarkers or something.

Or some sort of short. Possibly in the turn signal switch.

Thanks guys. I had no idea they weren't supposed to stay on. Now I see the previous owner installed little black boxes (2"x1.5") on both sides which are wired to the signal lights. Before I thought these were OEM, but they are not. The ground on one side was disconnected. I don't know why the previous owner would want this setup, but it does look kind of cool at night so I'll keep it.

I wired the unused wire of my blinkers to the parking light circuit because it looks like something is broken when they aren't lit. I know they did it because of the "city lights" in the headlight housing but to me it's 10x better with the corners lit as well.

Could be the wrong bulb. I had a 300z that had that problem when I bought i, and checked everything else before I checked the bulb

It's most likely due to the previous owner doing this mod (there are two different mods in this thread and I'm referring to the one that make the headlight look like an S2000.):
