.... he took your ebrake.... wtf....

Take a pic of the center console, probably just removed the ebrake handle I am guessing.

... he.... took.... your.... ebrake.... still trying to comprehend that in a way that makes sense...

yeah snap a picture, check out the classifieds we have vendors that part out SC's they should have all the e-brake components your boyfriend removed, although I would think he just removed the handle from inside which is an easy fix.

Yeah, like Ali SC3 said, check the classifieds section out. A member by the name of Aliga is currently parting out a 97 SC. You may want to PM him.

Haha! He removed your ebrake and wasn't able to put it back in or what? Contact Aliga here on CL, he'll have the ebrake components you're looking for.

sadly, totally legit
i don't blame him though this was when i was working 3 jobs and not having much sleep i'd pull the ebrake up so they couldn't tow my car i'd forget about it and drive with it up.
all i know is he took it off the rear passenger wheel

hey, at least you put up the e-brake. We own a '07 Honda Fit and my wife went into a grocery store recently and forgot to put her e-brake up or put the car in gear.....yep 45 minutes later the car slowly rolled down a slight incline in a shopping center and backed into another car.

Of course the owner of the other car had no choice but to call the police since my wife was in the grocery store for a decent period of time. Insurance paid for the other vehicle and I'm making my wife live with her battle wound as a reminder to put the e-brake up every time.

Ok, back on topic. You should really get an e-brake put back up on your car for safety.

Yes...some of those pesky engines act like they want oil. Best of luck in finding a replacement. Oh and maintaining it
