The understatement of the year.

Following that thread and had conversations with him...I'm so happy to see guys do something like this...not to mention I'm first in line for that RB-esque spoiler.

yeah but you cant just slap these overs on stock body. these are being made for vertex wide body. imho bolt on fenders look cheap and it never looks good. thats why i stayed away from them and ordered k&m rear and origin fronts.

Well the folks at TRA Kyoto have been revisiting 90's cars lately,
The Supra, MR2, Celica and Soarer would be the cars to do in the Toyota lineup.
The Supra and Soarer being popular drift platforms, makes them more likely.

I know some people aren't too keen on these toss on fender flares but they give the car a more utlitarian look, I like the factoryappearance but I also like that something was put on becuase it needed to be there and for my PIAA 19x12's in the rear some 2-3" flares will look perfect, plus for the front I may have to put flares on becuase I'm going to have to space out the front to clear the suspension during full lock situations.

Agreed they already make wider front fenders and rear over fenders....IMO thats the best way to go.

That's a really good cheap alternative. I'll consider doing this in the future if my car ever needs to be repainted.

ya I agree. I'd consider it all around if it fits well in the front. my front fenders aren't the greatest. and it gives the option of running a beefier tire

Those metal flares look like a very good option....all 4 for $400 isnt that bad....only other fees would be associated with welding and body finishing

Heck yeah dude, I've been digging for an all metal option, I honestly don't like the hour glass shape that happens to the car with over fenders, and want flares but hate fiberglass, the metal weld on fenders are perfect, I have no problem with bodywork the car needs it anyways eventually
