Hello guys new to the forum! and have been on here for a few hours reading already haha such a helpful site ! ill start off telling you all what I drive a 1994 Toyota soarer ! witch is the Japanese version to the sc300/400 (for the people that don't no , Yes it RHD ) I love the car looks amazing and it has the 5 speed tranny and came stock with the Toyota 1jzgte( witch I love!!!:woohoo: )

I do have some questions tho I am hoping I can get some help with I do have a set of lexus ls400 calipers and am going to put them on my car when the snow melts here ( hahahahah got to love Canada ...) I have done a lot of reading when people but them on and I will be running 18" wheels so I should not need to do any mods to the caliper but I will need to take off or cut the dust plate the big question is will I need the ls400 caliper bracket ?

And if anyone else has a 1jz in there car what are some mods you guys have done to the motor and the the suspension im just wondering because I have just started to do stuff to the car have only had it about 4/5 months !

Never seen that spoiler.. its neat anyways ls400 calipers bolt of just take of the old dust cover. 18`s should clear but it depends if its hi disc or low disc. as far as the 1jzgte goes I say tune up first off then maybe read up on moving towards a single turbo. Cheers from a fellow canuck. You`ll be glad you bought yours already with the 1jzgte

after what iv been reading im happy I have the 1jz seems like other sc guys kill for that set up and ya I bought it with that spoiler I liked it , it was different I don't no what other sc guys will think haha right now my mods are a cold air intake and a muffler delete and bov , but I am looking at a nice big intercooler and then going to go from there

Where you get that cf?

1JZPWRD Jan 18, 2013 06:00 AM

Add larger injectors, BC cams, change the ecu to AEM. Big difference in power.. also kill the stock twins and go single...
