225k, that's nothing...I've got 275 and counting! Why not keep it?

Nothing, just get a lower milage engine and put it in there.

Now that i got my biased out of the way depending how much your willing to spend and your interest, there is alot to choose from.

I have to agree that's nothing. These engines last forever!

To be honest there are not a lot of new cars that I like enough to spend 50-80 grand on.

It takes quite an expensive car to be better than a stock SC400. For example my friend thought he was hot **** when he bought a brand new Hyundai 2.0T when they first came out. I went for a ride in it and wasn't really impressed. The interior screamed cheap. We raced twice and my stock SC400 absolutely smoked him. He was so mad! He sold his car months later (I'd like to think me beating him helped his decision hahaha).

For some reason I really like the Jaguar F-Type. It looks like a sophisticated sporty roadster. It also has two V6 Supercharged models to choose from or a 500HP supercharged V8. I think Jaguar have been really turning themselves around under new ownership.

I guess it depends on your budget and what kind of practicality your looking for in a new car. I'm not a believer in spending 25-90 grand on a car when a 1992 Lexus drives and looks better than 2012 cars selling for 30-35 grand.

I guess that depends on what you're doing with your current SC, is it a DD, a Garage Queen or a weekend warrior project car, there are a ton of vehicles out there to choose from it just depends on what purpose you'll be using it for.

If I had to replace the SC right now and another SC was not an option, I'd probably go E55 AMG.

I would go with a IS-F or C55 AMG if speed was really needed, if not a normal IS would be cool as a daily or any 3 series BMW.
