Question Strange knocking

For a while I have been hearing this loud KNOCK when making turns, anyone ever have the same problem or an idea as to what it could be?
I've posted a thread about this some time back but didnt get to much input.
Anything appreciated! Just please help me stop this knocking!

It happens everytime I make turn in 1st or 2nd it makes a knocking sound. Feels like it could be somthing with the steering rack, (or somthing interfering with it), almost feels like its popping if that makes any sense.
Im usually making a U-turn or pulling into my driveway when I hear the noise. Not to much else I could say though other than its obnoxious.

I would check all ball joints, then check the steering rack bushings.

I have already replaced the rack bushings with aluminum ones from Driftmotion

The feeling and noise im hearing is coming from the front half of the car so i dont think its a differential
