Hi everyone this is my first post

i just bought my 93' SC300 a couple days ago

and i was wondering how to set up a sub-woofer and get good bass because from what i hear it is

a pain to get a good sounding bass system since the gas tank is in the trunk

It's not too close you can still fit a decent 10" in there. If you search there a tons of threads on it.

What kind of setup are you trying run?

if youre trying to do a regular sub and box, then just throw them in your trunk. there isnt much space where to put them. but if you want to put a decent 10 inch sub on the original position like i did, then youre going to have to do some minor modifications.but you will have lots of room.

Depends on how much bass you're craving.I ran a 5 channel amp aftermarket sub in the stock location and it wasn't too bad.
