Newb here saying HELLO . . . .
i dont think anyone on this forum will try to steal your car. If i was to steal a car from members of this forum, a clean stock Sc wouldnt be on my list.
I'm thinking the shifter **** vibrating is just the way it normally is. It goes in to gear like butter, doesn't make any noises or anything.
Also I washed the car yesterday and got moisture in the pass side low beam lens. Pissed me right off, because I drove through an insane rain storm driving this thing home from New Jersey and it didn't leak then.
I'm thinking to fix this I need to take the headlight assembly off, get some clear silicone caulk, and apply a thin bead around the back of the unit where the clear lens meets the back of the unit. I'm going to bust out the hair dryer to maybe dry out the moisture that's in there right now.

Man this place is awesome. Found some good info on the water in the headlight issue, and a good redneck fix with some tape in this thread.

Today I drove around in my 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood(yes I am a Cadillac nut as well), and it reminded me how damn nice the interior is put together in the SC. Yes the Lexus is higher quality, but mainly how damn right Lexus got the dash/interior design right on this car vs how Cadillac made the dash rather dull and ugly in that car. I had a 1991 Brougham D'Elegance before that 95, and the interior was WAY nicer on that car as well.
Just something about that curved, sweeping dash with the matte finished wood, "Lexus" gauges, the whole look on the inside is rather timeless IMO vs the microwave green digital dash on the Caddy, the fake wood, the sqaured off look of the dash, and the dash top is so big it looks like it belongs in a minivan.
