The particular wheels I had on my 96 SC300 were 20" X 8.5 and 9.5 rears with a 40mm offset.

Is there a way to find out without trying the wheels on if they will work?

yes they will... same bolt pattern and offset isnt aggressive enough to make a difference... however in the end it depends on the tires also. but unless u dont have monster truck tires on it, i dont see y not.

forgot to add tht even the bore size is the same... carry on
