Does anyone now the torque value for the flywheel bolts on a 1jz vvti?

74 Nm DO NOT reuse flywheel bolts and always use Loctite.

Locktite? For what? Then if I ever change the clutch again ima strip the bolt heads

Loctite acts like a lock washer, except the fact is that you can't use a lockwasher. If you ever strip your flywheel head bolts while removing it, it's not the Loctite.
