Hey guys I picked up a 1995 SC300 for a new DD. It has a 1jz-gte swap, single turbo 60-1, r154 trans, lexus OZ wheels, and map ecu. It has 97+ bumpers and skirts. Car is only running 8psi right now. Tell me what you guys think. Im trying to figure out what all I need to up the boost since this is my first import. Im a lsx guy.

I am looking at the eboost Street EBC, Boost Cut Defender, and a new bov(car has a xs power on it right now). The cars speedo is off too I've been searching and can't find how to fix it. Any help or ideas on what to do with the car would be great.

Also here is my play car 460 rwhp 422 rwtq cam only 2007 C6

Welcome to the disease.

The 1jz is a great little motor but is limited without fuel the stock injectors are only 370cc side feed
so first and foremost you at the least need to source a set of USDM 550cc supra injectors and a resistor box then you will need to get a HKS FCD or similar I prefer the HKS but to each his own,
after the 550's you will need to get some way to tune it IE: Standalone, piggyback etc.etc.
I also would recommend a wideband.

Try Tial for a replacement BOV as they present about the largest bang for the buck and can handle substantial boost pressure properly.
The speedo just needs to be wired for proper application do a search to find the info.

GL.

Yea the guy I bought it from gave me some 550cc injectors and the resistor box is already wired in. my tuner has a fcd I can buy off of him.i just ordered a eboost street ebc so I can turn up the boost. I refuse to let this car have more power than the vette lol. The vette has tfs 225cc heads on the way should put down 520rwhp.

No disrespect to the LS but--------- well just watch this vid of a 1j Sc I built for a guy in Palm Beach with stock bottom and head excluding BC 264 cams.

Just a question your OP said the car was on Map ECU if so that has the ability to control fuel map.

Nothing wrong with that start. Looks great. How about some interior shots of the motor bay?

Welcome to CL...

That thing is sick!! Yea you can tune the fuel map with the map ecu. I think you still need a fcd though if that is what you are asking?

Most people want Powered by Max coilovers, but most people can only afford Megan EZ street coilovers like myself.

I'm planning to get a set of work wheels
