Default RPM limit issue

Hey guys looking for some help here as im outta ideas. the issue is on my 1.5j with single turbo running an AEM ems. the issue is its limiting RPM at 4700 regardless of what we do. the rev limit in the AEM is set to 7400 rpm right now, 2 step is turned off. I have changed out the coil packs for brand new ones, new spark plugs, tried different ignitor, bypassed my DLI and all that jazz. with still no luck.

I did replace the knock sensor wiring and the cam sensor wiring could that be it? I do know that when the old cam sensor wiring broke i thought i matched up the wiring with the other sensor but I dont remember at this point. could that be the issue?

the issue is regardless of boost and does it just idling or at highway speed.

pull off the crank pulley and take a look at the reluctor wheel attached to the timing cog.. they always tend to separate and timing will jump all over the place and can give a false rev limit .. if it did sep from the cog , have it tack welded back onto the cog
