!HELP! 94 sc400 tail lamp failure burns out

!HELP! 94 sc400 tail lamp failure burns out
My SC400's tail lamp failure burns out gets really hot even turns oraange from how hot, which causes my taillights to not work but my brake lights do.
Also the lamp failure indicators goes on at the cluster.
Solutions I have tried;
Change Bulbs
Change TailLight harness
Checked all fuses
Purchased New lamp failure (Which my tail lights turned on again but in a matter of 5 min lamp failure burned out again)
Disconnected 3rd brake light found on the wing. (this cause the lamp failure indicator on the cluster to shut off but still no tail lights
I don't know what else to do. Already gotten pulled over
Ideas please...
