Autolamps HID's installed...parking lights look horrible...
Anyone find a good match parking light wise for the Xenon kit yet??? It looks really bad with stock parking lights in there, heck I even took them out it looked so bad.

STOCK VS PIAA EXTREME WHITE
LOL, I finally changed my parking lights this morning and came back to post here and saw your post.
What I got was PIAA Extreme Whites - supposively newer and 'better' than the Super Whites but who knows.
I promised to put some pix up for the longest time now so here it is finally:

First of all, sorry for the bad quality on the pix. My camera sux and thats the best I can do.
My take on this is that the piaa is not really BRIGHTER it seems. This may change tonight when I take more pix but so far it seems the same. By looking at the blue coating on the bulb I even thought maybe the stock would be 'brighter'
I think the Piaa bulb is purely for the look, a bright white with a slight hint of blue. It's much cooler than the stock amber and goes with the HID much better.
Am I disappointed with the brightness? A little. But for $20 shipped and the improvement from the stock amber, I can't really ask for more.
The attached image here is what it looks like in the headlamp housing. I'll get more images tonight when I'm outside the garage to show you a straight on headshot.

Legends, pics are good.
Im not really concerned about the brightness of the bulbs.
But how bright are they, 5watts?
Do you have the Autolamps kit as well?

Actually I think I already asked Legends this and he didnt get the Autolamps, but he can confirm.
I do know Manaray, lex400sc, and I believe Din has this kit. I heard the 4100K was almost greenish yellowish....and I certainly didnt want that. I wanted the color. The 6000K is like $50-100 more maybe, but worth it.
It looks blue from inside the car, whitish light purple from outside. It definately lights up road a lot more than halogens, well worth the $550.
One beef I had with them is it took me almost a month to receive kit after I paid, because after I paid all of a sudden they added I had to fax them stuff to verify my CC. Then they closed for business for 2 weeks without prior warning. They did send me 2 free pairs of halogens though....all in all good experience, I think something came up that they had to close for 2 weeks, but oitherwise quick emails and responses.
Installation....took 10 minutes, and I was able to do it in the dark. VERY easy. Its a 1 on a scale of 1-10 difficulty.

mjr24,
actually i do have the autolamp 6000 kit. one of the pix that says
tock vs piaa with AutoLamp's 6000k HID on is what it looks like with it on.
Pictures doesnt do it justice. My camera sux.
I would definitely give it a thumbs up. I must say I'm glad I got the 6k and not the 4.1k.
I really like my color and if it was any more yellowish I'd have been disappointed.
I realize mine may not be as bright as but I was willing to trade off the slight brightness for the 'better' color look.

I do not have an Autolamps HID, I do though have a Hella HID 6000k kit which I paid 380$ for. The kit was easy to install, the light output is good , the color will light up blue and will settle to a whiteish blue .
