Default Heated mirror cracked on my SC3000

My drivers side outside heated mirror cracked and I have to replace it. It started with a small crack then spread over the period of one year. How involved is it to R&R this mirror? Does anybody out there have one for a black 2000 SC300?

It's a simple replacement. I think the mirror just snapped into place. You have a heated and self dimming side mirror on your SC. Just want to let you know that the older non-dimming mirrors from older SC will fit as I had the same problem but could not afford the more expensive dimming mirror at the time.

Ok so I found a place that sells the mirror but exactly how does it "snap" into place?

That didn't help, it's more confusing than anything else.

what luxor posted is the only way to do it. How is it confusing? The pictures and description are self explanatory.
