I have been through multiple times now for free, and haven't had a problem. They don't do a bad job either. Car goes through the wash, comes out to be dried. Then they wipe down the inside of the car and your good.

 

Anything with brushes will leave hella swirls. I just polished most of mine out yesterday as it appears it's been thru the auto wash a few times in its life. Night and day difference in the paints appearance especially on a dark colored car.

 

That is on a dealer to dealer basis.

 

JMLexus will wash your car without coming in for service. I've never gone in for it but there are always customers in the lounge who came in for car wash only.
The machine wash at this dealer can't cause swirls because there are no brushes touching the car. The soap is shot on, then rinsed and blow dried. The car looks clean but not the wheels. It strips the wax off too.
