Why wouldn't it work? Every Toyota and Lexus steering wheel mounts are exactly the same.

lol no you misunderstood what i was saying:
scientific method
1. Observation and description of a phenomenon or group of phenomena.

2. Formulation of an hypothesis to explain the phenomena. In physics, the hypothesis often takes the form of a causal mechanism or a mathematical relation.

3. Use of the hypothesis to predict the existence of other phenomena, or to predict quantitatively the results of new observations.

4. Performance of experimental tests of the predictions by several independent experimenters and properly performed experiments.

in short... try it out. let us know how it goes. it wont take more than 10 minutes to remove the original steering wheel minutes to test it out. then less than ten minutes to reinstall.

just make sure you disconnect the battery and dont move the wheel while testing it out.

Steering wheel fit, the airbag won't. ES bags are dual stage and you need a single stage.

I can't post ebay links, but there are several single stage airbags from RX vehicles on ebay right now for less than $250. Finally the price has come down.

This is an option but of course involves risk. In the end it's whatever you're comfortable with doing.
