Default Blew fuses now car wont start?help!

so i forgot to unplug the battery when installing the intrument cluster and some fuses blew.the fuses that blew where the main fuse (60a) and the the ignition fuse (30a).replaced both of them.i have a 1jz/r154 into a 97 sc300.the NSS bypass was working perfectly before this.now the car wont crank and the fuel pump doesnt even start when i turn the key.any ideas at what could have messed up. fuel pump relay? or fuel pump ecu? i replaced the starter relay too and nothing

I have never taken the battery loose for an instrument cluster out of thousands of times and nothing about the cluster, even a dead short, can produce 60 amps of current and blow a main fuse so we need to know what REALLY blew those fuses. The cluster plugs would melt at even 25 amps. More info?

Check all your fuses. I blew my main fuse. Replaced it and a few little fuses. Now it's fine.

do you hear the relay click? if not check the fuse, if the fuse is blown, check for a short to ground, there is a reason the fuse blew in the first place
