Rediculous questions & comments from people
Have anyone had any comments or questions ask to you about your car?
A lady next to me at the stop light.
Lady: Do you fly?
Me: what?
Lady: Do you fly or skydive? you car says Soarer on it
Me: No its just the name of the car.
After i drove off my friend said i should have said "yah i fly" and make like i was hitting a joint.
I was looking for parking at the mall and two guys yell at me " you should turbo that car, what a waste" not knowing my car has a 2jzgte my car looked stock except rims and a drop at that time.

Someone told me my 1992 sc400 looked like a " 2006 At Least" lol i just said ... You must not know much about Lexus' but thank you. Unfortunately i couldnt feel too good walking away as much as i wanted to. Their lack of car knowledge out weighed the whole situation.

I was in the post office parking lot and this guy comes out. He asks, "is that a MR2?" No its a lexus. "Nice car but I have a question for you, why do you have toyota wheels on your lexus?" (Supra TT wheels) I explained to him……. He then says, "that kinda throws off your car." A part of me felt like he was asking the dumb questions on purpose but who knows. I'm just glad he got in his car and left.

Since getting mine, I get people asking for money more than before at gas stations (lots of crack heads around here).
One guy stopped me tell me about his buddy having the same car and was adamant about me buying a magic chip that adds 100whp or some xrap. I listened to him then told him about how a "chip" works and that paying more than $1 for the materials at radio shack was a waste of money. Shoulda seen the look of shock as I stripped him of his confidence.

I get many comments on the age of my car, people think its a newer Lexus and think im some spoiled kid 
Little do they know I busted my rear end to afford my 92' SC400!
People in my school say I'm spoiled because I drive a Lexus and that I'm so lucky yaddah (little do they know it was a 5k car)
I just go along with it because I don't like explaining to them its a 92' and that it was $5,000 haha.
I get questions about my rims all the time too, like why would you put rims on a lexus old man car.. Like c'mon really..

I've had over a dozen people try and buy my car 91 manual 1jz soarer.
I've been told sweet Silvia a few times and asked why I would swap the twins for a single.... Because 2 is always better than one.

A couple thumbies here and there, nothing much. I live in no mans land.
Like Shrugy, some people think I'm a "rich kid" for owning a Lexus. Somebody even said he would be able to buy one when he retires. Little does he know, it cost me 3500 total. Of course, when they hear I have an Explorer, they're like, everybody has one of those. Lexus makes a difference on some!
