Clarification on Steering and Mirrors
Hey guys I just bought a '93 SC 5spd. I'll post some pics of it later in the new member section.
I have lose steering and crazy side view mirrors.
I have done research for both. For the steering I've read that it can be either bad ball joints or
steering rack bushings. I will be able to find out this week.
But the question for this is:
Do I have to replace the entire Lower control arms in the front?
I also read up about these:
http://www.tmengineering.net/suspens...n/make/sc.html
Which ones do I get if I don't have to replace the Control Arms?
As for the the mirrors, I found out I nead a controller Module. I have searched for this part through google and no luck.
Does anyone know where I can get this part?
Soon I will be getting the climate control and gauge cluster repaired. Any feedback on the above questions would be awesome. Thank you everyone!

Your mirror control module can be found used on club lexus. Simply create a new thread that reads WTB: MIrror ECU and you'll have a few PM's in a day or two. I bought one last year for $40 USD.
I'd recommend having a shop take care of your suspension issue if you don't have the knowledge to repair or replace parts.
