Hello everyone, I would just like to introduce myself to CL and let you know a little bit about me. My name (iRL) is Wally and I am a technician at a local dealership(mn) and I have been lurking these forums for a while now. Today is a sad day, as my beloved 97 Geo Prizm is being put down due to multiple mechanical issues(entire driveline, fuel lines, engine gaskets need replacing not to mention all the bodywork that it needs). My replacement DD is going to be a white 92 Oldsmobile Toronado, until I can find a suitable SC300 I am hoping for either a stock white or black 5spd. I have big plans for this car... now the search begins.

welcome to cl. and yea gl on ur sc hunt. i almost flew out to cali to pick one up becuase i wanted a white 5 speed but got really luckey and a white 5 speed popped up right around me.

just keep hounding craigslist for one.

 

Methadome, welcome to CL...you could probably find a decent SC 5 speed in the vehicle classified section.

Again welcome, good luck on the find. Try the classifieds or Craigslist or even Ebay.. There was a black on black SC 300 with 154k. It's a 1998 model. I drove the car for a friend of mine. They were asking 5000, the interior was clean!
