Has anyone rebuilt the TT LSD? I just opened the one I have had sitting around and well ring and pinion are gone. The LSD looks like some of the teeth are damaged but they engage and it rotates still.I'll have to post some pics once I upload them.

Yes, I need this info as well.
OP, you should reuse your stock ring gear from your vehicle so the speed won't be off
Btw, I have a factory tt LSD ring gear that I'm not using. The only thing wrong is that one of the ring gear bolts was slightly cross threaded. But should be able to be retapped. The remaining 9 bolts are fine. If you want , I'll sell you mine

LOL I will continue to pull it apart tomorrow to see how bad it really is. I looked at it and I knew the ring was gone and most likely the pinion too. Not 100% what else is damaged or broken.

Yeah man,
I'm sorry to tell you, but it really hurts to look at it. Those little gears inside look bad too. And yeah, I'm sure the pinion is demolished by looking at the ring gear

It's possible to rebuild but it'll be cheaper to buy a new differential.
