Check out Clazzio Leather seat covers. Looks like a couple of 2nd Gen GS guys have used them and they love it. They go over the original leather but the fit and quality is a 9/10. http://www.clazzio.com/

I did a budget re-wrap on my drivers seat. I found a seat at a junk yard but i didn't know if the electronics worked and i couldn't power it so taking it out would have been a real pain. I removed the bottom cushion in one piece (4 bolts i think) and just swapped that over to mine, then i un-wrapped the seat back. I thin swapped the bottom to my seat frame and re-wrapped the on the back frame with hog rings just like factory. The seat bottom was $20 and the seat back was $6 and it looks a lot newer and still uses the factory parts

I have seen a set of the leatherseats.com covers that a friend wrapped himself and they look damn good (he id a good job putting them on as well) and opted for the perforated center sections. I think the kit was like $800

For not much more, Id rather invest in a set of aftermarket seats. Most of those covers look like crap IMO and to spend 1600 on reupholstered stock seats... id rather have some GT3 seats.

I'd prefer more side bolster and head room. I plan to go aftermarket, or supra seats
