Its all touchscreen and very easy to use, but I definitely don't eat or drink or talk on the phone while I'm driving (believe me...I have already lost a few old friends of mine because of that....RIP).

Also since I had to upgrade my entire stereo system and basically had my good friend who is an engineer tweek it for over a month....I basically have 5.0 surround sound so it literally sounds like your hearing the music with the artist playing right next to you.

I know it's not everyone's taste but it definitely gets people's attention at the shows when they see it in action.
I want a surround sound setup like that. I bet it sounds awesome. I need to start working on replacing my speakers.

I originally had a car audio shop install it for me. A few months later, I took it all out and wired up an 3.5mm auxiliary cord and a Playstation 2 myself though.

I guess I could say I did it all myself.

Hertz components sound pretty good for a decent price (in the SQ arena) and run them off of an Audison or equivalent..... I had true 5.1 in my old Mark VIII and it was amazing.

I'll look into those. Thanks for the suggestion. I'd love to have true surround sound for movies and PS2 games.

For sure man, if you don't want to spend quite so much on components, Diamond Audio S400a's are pretty nice too. They don't make them anymore so you have to find them online from places that had overstock, but they are nice, M5 and M6 components from Diamond sounded good too, they are power hogs so the amp is key.

Fellas

Metra has a fantastic double DIN kit for <$20. Cop it for that OEM look!

I'll look into those as well. I was originally going to get Alpine Type R components, I'll check out the Diamond Audio's first.

The Metra kit is awesome! It looks great and gives it a semi-factory look. The brackets are a little weak, but the factory brackets can be used instead.

I used the Metra kit with the modify to use stock brackets (to reinforce it) and it came out great! Easy work to make a big item secure! Well worth the time!
